If you are considering contesting a Will, we are able to assist you in establishing grounds for the challenge including:
- Execution Requirements: The Will was not legally executed and witnessed.
- Want of Approval and Knowledge: The deceased was not in a position to approve the contents of the Will.
- Lack of Capacity: At the time of the making of the Will, the deceased did not have the mental capacity or understanding to make a Will.
- Suspicious Circumstances: The Will was produced under duress, by undue influence, or suspiciously favours a beneficiary with no explanation. In these cases it is possible that an earlier Will may be considered.
