Steven is a Partner of the firm. He was admitted to the Supreme Court of Victoria in 1983 and admitted to the High Court of Australia in 2016. Steven completed his Articles with leading Melbourne law firm, Russell Kennedy & Cook. After a stint with Coopers & Lybrand he focused on tax and commercial law before embarking on a senior corporate career which included ten years working in Singapore and Indonesia. Steven has worked for many years with commercial contracts, purchase and sale of businesses, leasing, contracts and wills, powers of attorney, probate and estate matters. Nicole was admitted to the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 2020 after an early career in Aged Care and Marketing. Nicole is also admitted to the High Court of Australia. Nicole practices predominantly in the areas of property law, leasing, Wills and Estates, Powers of Attorney, Estate planning and litigation, Sale and Purchase of Business and Commercial Law, in both Victoria and New South Wales. |
